What will you do?
As an Administrative Assistant you will have a diverse range of duties at our client.
You will work in the transport planning department.
In this department you are responsible for the correct administration of various operational matters.
You will report back to the head of the transport planning department.
You are also in direct contact with the customer.
It is your job as an Administrative Assistant to make clear delivery agreements and you are the point of contact regarding these agreements.
It is therefore important that you have good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
In addition to being a point of contact for the customer, as an Administrative Assistant you also act as a point of contact for the drivers and you neatly keep track of the amount of waiting time of the drivers.
You are also responsible for correctly processing incoming orders and corresponding transport orders.
Finally, as an Administrative Assistant you support the planners where necessary.
Working days: Monday through Friday
Working hours:15:00 to 00:00 | 22:00 to 07:00
