As a Technical Services Work Planner, you will coordinate and plan all work within the assigned technical and production departments. You are responsible for placing orders and managing inventory. You take care of the maintenance of the machinery and buildings, solve malfunctions and transfer technical knowledge to machine operators.
Tasks
- Coordination: Supervise and coordinate technical work and projects.
- KMS Implementation: Implement KMS instructions and actions.
- Process Improvement: Initiate and implement improvements and HSE compliance.
- Planning: Ensure availability of staff and resources.
- Maintenance: Preventive and reactive maintenance of installations.
- Documentation: Manage maintenance tasks and contracts.
- Projects: Prepare and coordinate technical projects.
- LOGOUT and Tag: Maintain the “LOGOUT and Tag” system.
- Preventive Policies: Conduct preventive maintenance policy.
- Employees: Delegate, motivate and evaluate employees.
- FTE Requirement: Establish weekly FTE requirement.
- Improvements: Propose and implement improvements.
- Mass balance: loss and environmental minimization policies.
- Work consultation: Conduct work consultation and report to head of production.
- Flexibility: Possibly perform other work.
- Standards: Compliance with quality, safety and food safety standards.
