We are looking for a Bakery Operator to join our team! In this role, you will support the production of high-quality bread by handling packaging, mixing ingredients, and ensuring machines run smoothly.
Main Responsibilities:
️ Set up and adjust packaging and production machines
️ Measure and prepare ingredients for bread making
️ Monitor production and troubleshoot minor machine issues
️ Conduct quality checks and maintain cleanliness
️ Assist with manual tasks if needed
Requirements:
• 1 or 2 years of experience in a food/packing factory
• Basic technical knowledge of machinery
• Ability to work 3 shifts & Saturdays
• Communicative English or Dutch
⏰ Shift System:
• Day: 08:00 – 16:00
• Late: 16:00 – 00:00
• Night: 00:00 – 08:00
Salary & Allowances:
• €17.00/h base rate
• Higher pay for evenings, nights & weekends (up to €32.46/h on Saturdays after 18:00)
