Job Description:
We are looking for motivated Production Workers to join our team in Ridderkerk. As part of our production team, you will be responsible for handling fresh fruits and vegetables, ensuring quality, and maintaining efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
️ Packing fresh fruits and vegetables according to established standards
️ Checking product quality to ensure freshness and no damage
️ Labeling products with weight and expiration date
️ Keeping the work area clean and organized
️ Assisting with loading and unloading goods
️ Collaborating with the team to achieve production efficiency
Requirements:
Communicative level of English (A2/B1)
Willingness to perform physical work
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
Ability to work in a 12°C environment
Work Conditions & Benefits:
Salary: €14.06 per hour (gross)
⏰ Shifts:
• First shift: 06:00 – 15:00
• Second shift: 08:00 – 17:00
Accommodation:
• 2-person rooms available (€125 per week)
Transport:
• Free transport to work
• Bicycle provided if living within 10 km (must be returned after employment)
• Company-paid fuel, repairs, and insurance for designated drivers
️ Health Insurance:
• Mandatory by Dutch law (€38.02 per week via LogIQ, or provide your own insurance)
Work Equipment:
• Safety shoes required (employees can bring their own or purchase from LogIQ)
